This retreat is offered by Flow Functional Healthcare and Botsford Natural Health Care Inc., and led by Dr. Briana Botsford, ND, along with trusted partners like the hotel, yoga instructors, and spa staff.
What This Weekend Is (and Isn’t)
Homecoming is an experiential wellness retreat focused on rest, connection, and learning.
It’s not medical treatment, therapy, or individualized health care and attending does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Payment & Cancellations
Because your spot at the Lodge, meals, spa access, and retreat materials are all booked in advance:
All sales are final.
There are no refunds, transfers, or credits for any reason.
We strongly recommend securing travel/cancellation insurance to protect your investment.

Your retreat fee covers:
• Two nights at the Kananaskis Lodge
• All meals listed in the retreat itinerary
• One yoga class

You’ll be responsible for:
• Transportation and parking
• All beverages (alcoholic + non-alcoholic)

Safety & Wellbeing
You’ll be asked to complete a brief medical/dietary form so we can support you safely.
Movement and spa activities are optional, but you participate at your own pace and comfort level.
A separate liability waiver is required before arrival.
Group Environment
We hold this space with care.
We ask everyone to treat one another, the Lodge, and the schedule with respect.
Hosts may ask a participant to leave if behaviour jeopardizes safety or the group experience.
