A Note From Dr. Botsford
I’m not someone who fully “turns off.”
You probably aren’t either.
I’m a mom, I run a clinic, I have patients I care deeply about, I’m training, building, thinking… all the time.
And I’ve learned that waiting for things to slow down doesn’t really work.
So I choose experiences that shift how I feel inside my life.
This trip is one of those.
It’s not about escaping.
It’s about stepping into a different environment, with the right people, and letting that change something.

I’ve also been working on my Spanish for the past couple of years…
so I’ll be testing that out in real life, which should be interesting for all of us.
